We, at Grey Gables delight in the beauty of the vehicles that grace our grounds when vintage and specialty car clubs come to Grey Gables Bed ‘n Breakfast Inn.  Their owners are persons of varied occupations and places of residence.  The common bond is the interest and passion for the moving machine called the automobile.

 

It is to you of this compelling avocation of the preservation and enjoyment of the motor car  that we  invite to seek the haven  and comfort of our Inn after a drive along the highways of our Tennessee Plateau.  Our 94 foot front verandah with its white wicker overlooks the front field and the horses that graze upon the pasture as the sun gracefully completes its cycle.   The gentle sound of the garden pond lulls one to relax as they rest in the rockers and oversized  swing on the back porch.

 

Our ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms are furnished in Victorian and country antiques.  Our fare includes: Lodging, Plateau Gourmet dinner and Hearty Country Breakfast. 

 

A program by proprietor and native Rugbeian, Linda Brooks Jones is a favorite for guests who enjoy the history of the people and place of historic Rugby.

 

 An additional amenity for your choice is the  licensed massage therapist that can be scheduled by appointment.

 

Please know that Car Clubs or individuals are welcome for either a meal or overnight lodging.
